1. What services do you offer?

We provide professional photography and videography

services for weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate

events, music videos, promotional films, and more. We also

offer drone coverage, editing, and teaching workshops.

2. How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6–

12 months in advance for weddings and major events.

However, if your date is sooner, reach out — we may still

be available!

3. Do you travel for events?

Yes! We are based in the UK, but travel nationwide and

internationally. Travel costs may apply depending on the

location.

4. What’s included in your packages?

All packages include full coverage, professional editing,

and delivery through a private online gallery.

Higher-tier packages may also include USB delivery,

printed albums, drone footage, and highlight films.

5. Do you offer customised packages?

Absolutely. We understand every event is unique. If our

listed packages don’t quite fit your needs, we’ll create a

tailored option just for you.

6. How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?

Typically, photos and videos are delivered within 7–14

days after the event. Larger events like weddings may take

up to 4–6 weeks, depending on editing requirements.

7. How many photos do we get?

This depends on the package and event type. For

weddings, for example, you may receive between 300–

600 professionally edited photos, along with videos as

outlined in your package.

8. Do you use drones?

Yes! We offer drone photography and videography for

stunning aerial perspectives. This is available in selected

packages or as an add-on

(subject to weather and local regulations).

9. How do we secure our booking?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due before the event.

Full details are included in your booking agreement.

10. What if the weather is bad on our wedding day

No worries — we always prepare backup plans for lighting

and shooting conditions. For drone footage, flights depend

on weather and safety regulations, but we’ll still capture

amazing shots on the ground.

11. Do you provide raw, unedited files?

We focus on delivering high-quality, edited images and

films that reflect our professional style. However, raw files

may be available upon request for an additional fee.

12. Can you work with other vendors?

Of course! We regularly collaborate with DJs, event

planners, venues, and other creative professionals.

13. Do you also offer teaching or workshops?

Yes! Patrick (founder of PS MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT) runs

photography workshops for beginners and enthusiasts.
