01. What services do you offer?
We provide professional photography and videography services for weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate events, music videos, promotional films, and more. We also offer drone coverage, editing, and teaching workshops.
02. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings and major events. However, if your date is sooner, please still get in touch, as we may have availability.
03. Do you travel for events?
Yes. We are based in the UK and are available to travel for events across the country. Travel arrangements and any related costs will always be discussed clearly in advance.
04. How do we secure a booking?
Your date is secured once the booking agreement is confirmed and the required booking fee has been paid. Until then, the date remains open to other enquiries.
05. Do you offer photography and videography together?
Yes. We offer photography-only, videography-only, and combined photo and video packages, depending on the type of event and the level of coverage required.
06. Will our images and films be professionally edited?
Yes. All final deliverables are professionally edited to a high standard, with careful attention to colour, detail, atmosphere, and cinematic storytelling.
07. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the type of event and the package selected, but we always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Where included, preview images or teaser content may also be sent earlier.
08. Do you offer drone coverage?
Yes, drone photography and videography can be included where suitable, safe, weather-permitted, and legally allowed at the venue or location.
09. How will the final work be delivered?
Final images and films are typically delivered through a private online gallery and, where included in the package, on USB as well.
10. Can we speak with you before booking?
Absolutely. We are happy to discuss your event, answer your questions, and arrange a consultation before any booking is confirmed.
